For convenience, you can directly book a cab to dec else if going by metro then you can alight at Tilak Nagar metro station on blue line and take autos or e rickshaws
Tilak nagar is more accessible than Delhi cantt metro. Since you will be going from NDLS you can take yellow line from New Delhi to Rajiv Chowk and take blue line from Rajiv Chowk to Tilak nagar. This will be the fastest public transport ride from these two stations.
