what is the use of changing to MS when Turn around time at bangalore is much more than chennai. They need to speed up island so that it can be cleaned in Kanyakumari. those times kottayam doubling works were happening so it got huge delays in enroute. Better idea would be to introduce SMVT CBE in Island old TT and advancing island so that it can be a good ICE for CBE to CAPE. thus giving little more turn around time at CAPE. return anyway no issue.
I dont think it will go to CST. Its very recently short term to Pune and the standing time in Pune is around 1 hour and its leaving to its home statio CAPE from pune within that hour. Pushing to CST will make the railways do Secondary Maintanence at CST.
Sure TVC div - we can hope they will do it in next 10 years haha. Doubling KTYM line has never changed any trains TT. Infact TVC mail that used to arrive at 11:15 AM during single line time is now arriving at 11:45 after doubling. They gave lot of slack from Varkala to TVC

12259 kab se howrah se chalna laga 80 percent booking toh howrah se hi hoga na un 15-20 percent ke liye bakiyon ki waat lage acha hain 3 hours jyada time leti hain ? 12259 kon sa alternative hain bakwas ban gaya hain stoppages+extension? Aur patna walon ke pas apni khud ki rajdhani hain isko shayad hi kuch log lete hain isse fast toh SF train hain apni SK .12273 ka dukh abhi bhi jhel raha dhanbad kolkata khair is time table change se pehle bhi agree nahi karte the 12273/12305 via mainline.
To make 22347 faster, 12305 slowed down by 35 mins. in HWH-PNBE section. 12305 speeded up in PNBE-DDU Section. Earlier time was PNBE 21.10/20; DDU 00.40/50; NDLS 09.50|| Now PNBE 21.30/40; DDU 00.40/50; NDLS 09.50|| most probably 12305 will reach PNBE at 21.05 hours, stop for 35 mins at PNBE & then proceed to DDU.
Yah kuch bhi bolta hai serious nhi lene ka. Har week Delhi jaata hai HWH Raj ko lekar.
Yah toh hona hi tha. Jabardasti kahin ki train kahin or lekar jaoge toh Aisa hi hoga.
