Because of summer followed by rainy session i am sure work will NOT be completed by 01-Jan-2017 which was claimed by RVNL earlier. Either they need to increase man power or request for more time however it seems GM NER and DRMs can or better to say should push them to complete on or before 01-Jan-2017.
