Thane-CSTM has been included in the list of quickly achievable projects (during next 100 days) asked by Hon’ble MR.

1. Lowering of tracks( 10mm to 90 mm) for balance 8 ROBs/FOBs to suit the running of rolling stock with maximum height of 4270 mm.
TDC- 06.08.2014.

2. Critical OHE activities i.e. laying of feeder( Aerial/Cable), removal of old redundant portal booms and erection of boom & TTB, modification of OHE under ROB/FOB are required to be completed by 15.08.2014.

3. PSI works including TSS and switching stations at Sion, Chinchpokli, Kanjur marg, Matunga, Parel, Sandhurst Road and CSTM are being executed by MRVC .

4. Conversion works related to S&T .

5. Commissioning of AT, CLS , retention of 2.2 kV feeder-1 for Electrical General Services to be completed by 15.08.2014.

6. Condonation proposals for vertical infringement of FOBs/ROBs to be submitted to CRS by 31.07.2014. (The proposal are with COM.
Issue of restricting Rolling Stock upto a height of 4270 mm in TNACSTM, Excl. 5th & 6th line upto LTT, is under deliberation with CME & COM. Condonation papers will be signed by COM after finalisation of this issue.)
