Journey on the WAP1-hauled Bombay Rajdhani: BCT to NDLS - Part 2 (August 1995) : This video presents the journey from Ratlam to New Delhi. With a Ghaziabad WAP1 in charge, the train simply let loose and covered the Ratlam-Mathura section in just 6 hrs 3 mts with a top speed of 130 kmph. It suffered in the graveyard section after that and took 2 hrs 20 mts from Mathura to New Delhi, though it hit 130kmph in quite a few patches. Be sure to enjoy the following:

This was my last journey on the double-headed Bombay Rajdhani and in ICF avatar. It was also my first with Pushkar Apte who I have known since 1989. We couldn't have asked for a better start - Bombay Central to Vadodara in 4 hours 21 minutes non-stop; not a single unscheduled halt. Now, THAT'S priority!
