The train should depart from HWH at its previous timing or at 3 pm straight . Gets overtaken by 12329/79, 12319 , 22317 , 19414 . The worst part is OT happens before ASN whereas it should happen after ASN as per TT. But Eastern railway controllers being a selfish / narrow minded people always gives at most priority to their own home zone trains , be it mail/exp , Sf , pgr type or even goods train . The trains of other zones has to suffer . I have never seen such kind of biased controlling in any other zones as the one happens in Eastern Railway.
