Scr asking to divisions is there any possible to run with 23 LHB coaches
In BZA division there is no possible to run with 23 coaches due to some safety related issues .

RB has sent to division for now running them for 23 mostly it is feasible to operate there are many trains passing by with 23 coaches and CDOs and pitlines of COA are capable to take 23 LHB coaches

I got this information from SCR HQ mark my words both Trains runs with 22 LHB Only
Pitlines and Major stations can accommodate 24/26 coach trains but intermediate stations cannot handle. The trains running with 23 LHB coaches have HCPV cargo van and have limtedstops. Only 2 trains have more then 22 LHB passenger coaches Prayagraj express with 23 coaches with 4 halts and Nagpur Mumbai Duronto 24 coaches with 4 halts in between. In contrast Gowthami and Devagiri have more halts. Further RSDO hasn't given clearance to run 24 coaches train with 130KMPH and of added Gowtami has to run at 110kmph only speedup will not be possible of any in Oct 2024.

It is very irony to map rails vs roots when Railways saves a tonne for environment compared to road. Rails have more capacity/m compare to road. Though constructing Bangalore suburban requires some tree fell, In long run it saves many. Why no one debating about pollution caused by NICE road, Bangalore Chennai Expressway project, Bangalore mysore expressway project which moves less than 10% of what a normal suburban and heavy rail moves.. If 2 lanes in middle of bangalore mysore expressway taken away even light railway constructed in that space it would move same amount of persons/hour/m than what currently the expressway moving in 2 lanes.
Railway projects wont cause even 10% of tree reduction compared to what Highway projects does. Its Auto and Cab lobby which are trying to delay BSRP as much as possible in the name of environment
Wasn't same kind of nonsense propagated in Arrey too by celebrities travelling in posh luxury cars who can't live even a minute without air conditioning ?
Just ask those environmental experts who oppose metro --
