So it is possible that this train rack will also be replaced with Vande Metro.

Don't think they will replace with Vande Metro. VM will be 12/16 coach while the Agra intercity is running with 20 passenger coaches and can't handle the load of travellers. If even replaced it will not replace Gomti express as distance is 500km and less number of coaches.
Gwalior doesn't have morning intercity to Delhi while opp direction Taj express runs. Vande Metro should run from Gwalior to Nizamuddin I addition to intercity from Agra.

Yeh log Mahine mein 1000 rupay kamane wale insan ko bhi 1500 rupay ka ticket wala VB train charne mein mazboor karna chahte hain.

जब तक धनबाद मण्डल को ECR से बहाल नहीं करेंगे, तब तक ऐसे होने वाले ही है। पता नहीं रेलवे विभाग को पटना के लिए इतना पसंद और धनबाद के लिए इतना नफरत (लेकिन धनबाद के पास कोयला सुरंग होने के बाबजूद और कोयला से ज्यादा कमाई) , पता नहीं इन रेलवे अफसरों के पास मन और बुद्धि में मिट्टी या गोबर भरा हुआ है। और दक्षिण भारत के लिए धनबाद - एलेपी , जसीडीह - वास्को दा गामा इलावा बैंगलोर के लिए कोई भी गाड़ी नहीं है। लेकिन दक्षिण के इलावा पटना से भर भर के चलते हैं भारत के अलग अलग भागों के लिए। अगर निशिकांत दुबे जैसे आदमी मिल जाए तो तब सुधरेगा धनबाद का रेलसेवा की मजबूरी।
