As a senior member, do you think it is OK to mock a 'state' if the railway division in this state fails to create a regional train board?
We all know that railways is not a state affair, and divisions/zones cannot be defined by state boundaries.
I'm sure as a senior member, you know Katihar division is not being run by "typical Biharis' and a percentage of Bengali, Assamese also work in Katihar division/NFR?

Is that really a racist comment?? The TB has been made at Katihar, a city in Bihar and they just choose to make the TB in Hindi, their state language. So technically this is a Bihar made TB. Don't think there's anything racial here.
Rather i find people from Bihar are more sensitive nowadays to the term "Bihari".

There is a higher probability , 90% chance of extension upto BALURGHAT of this train. BTW, the final notification may be Announced after the completion of 3rd PF at BALURGHAT.
