Quantity as well as Quality Food of 12951 which is loaded from Mumbai Base Kitchen for 2A and 3A is WORST. In my Journey, passengers of my coach threw away the tray and straight forward asked for the Complaint book.
Yes, Food of 12952 From Delhi Base kitchen is Very Good...Super, but again breakfast loaded from BRC, is average, got too good and not too bad also.

Since we were Served Food Before Entering Surat, and as per most of the People say that Food is always served before Surat, most of the Passengers Deboarded at Surat and Brought Punjabi Thali Food at Rs 130/-, but it was truly Delicious, Available at Platform 1.
