Ticketing Facility : For issuance of Unreserved tickets round the clock, six UTS counters are provided. For advance reservation, six counters are provided including one Supervisor counter where Group Booking facility, Booking for Sr. Citizen etc. is done. To avoid rush at the counter Token system is introduced with display on each counter and adequate seating arrangements for the users waiting for their turn. For the benefit of the users one counter in PRS is working up to 22.00 hrs. Similarly, one reservation counter is operated in UTS office from 05.00 hrs to 08.00 hrs and from 20.00hrs to 23.00 hrs. on all weekly days and also between 14.00 to 20.00 hrs on Sunday.

Train timings through Electronic Train Indicator, Coach position through Coach Guidance system and through Integrated coach position display board is updated through Enquiry counter for the guidance of passengers.
POET : Total 4 nos of Passenger Operated Enquiry Terminals are provided including two at PRS, one near Enquiry counter and one on PF No.1 to have access to passengers on availability of accommodation, current status of reservation and train position.
