This train has a composite coach ( Pantry Car + Second Sitting). It is numbered as PS1. The travel in this coach is horrible as the heat generated from the Pantry is felt throughout the coach especially the seats close to the cooking area ( Seat numbers: 37-60). It is better to rebook the seats if one gets seat allotted in this particular coach. The same problem is felt in 12605/06 Pallavan Express also.
The Govt is advising "Private entrepreneurs' always to be 'Pro poor' Pro society... But look what Govt itself is doing :
1-Not allotting Full Space of Coach to Panry but Sucking "Operator"
2-Not letting go the space but put 'Second Class' passengers to disadvantage... "Sucking Passengers"
3-Not bothered about Laws that 'This amounts to Deficiency in Service Delivery" and is contempt of Law,...

Almost all pantry cars are filthy with cockroaches roaming freely, there is no need for pantry cars in most of the trains as most of the food & snacks are loaded at select station en route, Quality is also better.
Fully agree. Inspite of all these discomforts there is a huge trunk box which stores biscuits, chips, etc is kept near the middle door of the coach which blocks the passage to a considerable extent and moreover one side of the door is always kept closed.
