Ajanta was running with 16 SL earlier but w.e.f 20th March 2014 2 SL have been cut down and in their place one HA1+A2 has been added.
Looks like the trademark S-15 has been retained owing to the demand and at the cost of a general coach. I checked last weekend while doing rf.
16 Sl! Thats great! proabably the train with highest SL coaches which as got AC coaches too.
May be but as per SCR PR they had mentioned 2 SL will be replaced with HA1+A2..Refer /news/post/164387 anyways you can check and confirm at CVB when ever feasible since its a kind of friend to you,wishes you moves on :)
Yes one of the rare trains which has that Number also its a Model Rake at SC Pit lines Maintenance..
