Left DBG at 19:05/10 whooping 7 hrs late.
Why ?
SPJ Div HQ has no Rake :D

The CDO DBG got only 6 coaches yesterday now how to mange rest of coaches ?
Some how they formed a rake but 4 coaches were found unfit.
Again quest began and net result extraordinary late from source.
Imagine about return train situation.
This is how our Railway Board, Zone and Div are working.

Zero management in fact.
The Railway Board decides whatever they wants and zonal HQ also acts mechanically but staff at lower end faces piquant situation and often abuses from passengers.
