My Opinion for IR:
1. Rajdhani should be Upgraded as it should be same as LHB AC
2. Premium train route should connect 2 State's capital, with few stoppages.
3. Duronto should have connection only with Country Capital to State onle.

LHB Exp is for every train after higher production.
5. GR is for any connection.
6. ICE is for distance of 500 less Km, either State Capital to other State's capital or even to interior part of a State.
For eg MAS CBE & even a new day train from CBE to TVC.
7. Shatabdi should not be given Stoppage.
8. Yuva should be cancelled.
