CR trains like Mahalxmi, Koyna, Chalukya, coimbatore exp, etc are running on diesel engine from CST to Pune inspite of being electrified line

i did not understand even hussain sagar runs on d same diesel frm cst to hyb
Yes sir. Hussain sagar, Mumbai Express, Secunderabad Rajkot express all run on Diesel. Halt times have been cut down and nowadays its not mandatory to have Electric engines for the Mumbai-Pune ghat sections.
then why are dadar-chennai and siddeshwar running on electric engine
