Is it possible to book a tatkal ticket from a railway counter in one city and ask the traveler (who lives somewhere else) to get a duplicate copy of the ticket from the point of boarding the train? I need the info because I have some elder relatives willing to travel and don't want them to stand in the tatkal line for so long. Please help!
