This Ticket was cancelled by me by filing TDR. I filed it exactly at 2:30 PM on 27-05-2014. The refund got approved but only 50%. Although the seat confirmed at a previous station (RL Quota) but the departure time from the station I booked was 9:30 PM

I filed it 7 hours before departure. Shouldn't I get refund with only 25% deduction?
