To whom do I need to submit my application for boarding point change request ? Would they change boarding station on the ticket too ?

Sir I am very much concerned about the denial. Why would he deny to do that ?
No issue a new ticket after boarding point change . he ( PRS Clark )write new boarding point on same ticket and return to pax.
