Why there are no payment gateways or many banks available in next gen ticketing website? I tried to book tickets with my City Union Bank debit card, but there were no options for it. And because of that I couldn't book my tickets. How can it be done?

This was not quick booking. If I enter www.irctc.co.in , I get the login page and after logging in, it takes me to next gen website and there comes the problem!! Pics in sequence :
