Actually the plan was to have all MTP, Sathy, Nilgiris and Karnataka buses to shed here, which has not happened now.
* Now most of the KSRTC buses heading to destinations other than SBC like MYS,DVG,HARIHAR,SHIMOGA,KOLLUR,KOLLEHAL,CHIKMAGALU R,MANGALORE,MADIKERI,UDUPI start from MTP Road BS. Buses to and fro Mettupalayam, Ooty, Coonoor, Gudalur pass through the BS.
