Coaches are old, dusty & rusty. There are no charging points near seats except the S14 coach which is 2008 built in ICF, also AC coaches are old, bad cleanliness, toilets are smelly like hell and it's vinyl floor mats are always soaked in water like sponge with comes out.
This train has onboard 'Janitors' (cleaning staff) whom sweep at regular intervals but still inspite of it train is dirty.
Gitanjali lives upto it's name only in terms of Speed & Punctuality

This happens with many a trains, over the time with the advent of new trains, these old trains are left out and every Member of Parliament want these trains to stop in their constituency................
