Good solution.. Just one small change. Rather than splitting train 10+6, you can split 8+8, because the loop line can accommodate only 10 coaches or 9 coaches + 1 engine. So keep some free space there. Also the load on the B train engine reduces from 26 coaches to 24 coaches.
please run the trains form the begining with engine in middle throughout the journey.
A=8+E+8, B= 8+E+8.

In reality Railway rules never allows such crossings with passengers .
It is possible for Shunting purposes only(empty coaches/racks).

Since its not in reality, its a "puzzle", else it would have been "problem" seeking a "solution"
