All this is just to fool the people. Already long back decided to make Mangalore, Calicut stations world class, Pitline at Cannanore etc. Few days back SR Manager told no need of pitlines at CAN. SIAL was ready to partner in Kanjikode factory. But railway need pvt partnership.
And the electrification will get delayed by one and half year again.
