Why as such??This TT looks better...May be they don't want to keep the rake idle for more time at LTT so seems to have given more slack.
Exactly there is idle rake maintenance issue in LTT. Too congested
If a weekly train has a bad TT compared to bus then it is quite obvious that it lacks patronage. Atleast couple of hours should be reduced
