this probably has been raised earlier in the forum, but 17643 ms-coa circar express is never on time, never ever ever as far as i know...
it is not as though it is just late by 15-20 min. there is always an average delay of 1 hr and sometimes, god willing, even two hours. there are times i have seen MAS-HWH mail scream past the train and reach SLO before circar does.

i will reach office on time". that was also the last time i thought that :D. anyways, irony is, the timetable has been revised with STA at COA from 0940 to 0920.
Wonder if they can run it as a Passenger from BZA and at least justify the delays to some extent.
