major rail accidents happen, news organizations get many details wrong. For example, in this accident, many newspapers are reporting that Krishak Express hit the other train from behind. Whereas a quick look at the map tells us that both trains were travelling in "opposite" directions - so this is impossible. Similarly, the train names/numbers are sometimes wrong, the location of the accidents are wrong, and so on. While accidents are already tragic, wrong news and misinformation adds to the chaos.
