That's the waiting room, it was a dormitory till last year which has been shifted to Vapi. I have made maximum use of it as I stayed here almost every time I visited this area including Bombay. From 2002 onwards till last year I used to stay in dormitory here which is no more existant. Most of TCs recognize me because of that as they were incharge while on duty having 4 beds. It used to cost Rs 50/- per bed per night for 24 hrs.
