It skips too many stations it can't be a fast passenger it could only be an express
If this train is made to stop in all station then it will be a Passenger train....skipping some stations will make it as Fast passenger....and keeping in mind to cover the long distance this has to be done....
You are saying skipping some... but skipped many stations.
