has absolutely next to no quota for the PQWL , it will go into regret right on the first day of ARP

BUT , this is the safest train to get tickets to travel till NGP from SC , almost always (99%) of the times seats will remain vacant after chart preparation...onre can plan at the last minute and where this train scores above AP exp is that one need not rush to station to catch this as it has convenient dept time

yes true PQWL AC 3 tier is having only 4 berths but where as in Tatkal 40+ seats are there . This should be revised actually atleast 12 berths should be there. Even a one family of 5 members won't get a chance and as sleeper class is very dirty most of the people will prefer to go in AC 3 tier.
