AT secundrabad Reservation complex.. as my friend told every day morning ..some of the counters are opened exclusively for issue of Tatkal tickets .. may be UPto (8:00 to 9:15 ) and remaning counters works as normal .. people are standing outside complex long queue ..but at the time when 7:45 one Railway Police or security send Each person to all Tatkal counters one by one.. such that first 8 or 10 (depends No .of counters )members got as 1 person in each Tatkal counter queue . and from 11 th person onwards as 2 nd person in the queue.. like wise they are arranging ..
Even i hav seen in Mytrivanam also there is one counter for...

Tatkal which opens excluisively for Tatkal ticket issue upto 9:15 .. after that the counter is closed .. but at the same time remaining counters also. issuing Both Tatkal as well as normal reservation..
Plz enquiry a Day before itself what procedure exists at your nearest railway station ..
