Forgetting the exterior for a second,i wonder if it's safe to use the loco to begin with.Looks like it's about to melt down or some and looking at the record of Railways in areas such as safety,i wonder if there any sort of 'Safety Audit' done in an impartial way where old locos are phased out as per the guidelines issued by the manufacturer. :(
