in case if a pax books tkt thro' railway agent and not traveled... he gives d tkt to d agent for cancellation as pax not traveled.

d pax has to wail till d agent gets refund from IR ? or he will give d refund amount imm.
there is time limit to file the TDR ? what to do in case if d train's dep. is late nite and pax misses d train and agent closed down for d day
Can agent login in from any computer like normal user ?
