Welcome to India Rail Info Gaurav. I have just checked there is only one train 17038/ BKN SC EXP from Jodhpur for Secunderabad Jn which runs on 2 days in a week,Friday and Sunday and on 5.3.2015 it is Thursday, train will not run that day. Please check it.
If you want to travel on 6.3.2015 then its booking will open on 5.1.2015 at 08.00 am. Before that go to station master and get all the info from there for your requirement for your convenience.

The range of tickets will be lie between 50 and 60.. and it will cost less than 40k if tickets are booked as per standard procedure. then why to waste 50k and secondly, scheme of booking a special train is irrelevant to me. Will you please tell me that, can I adopt this same procedure to book 60 TICKETS ?

first of all 50000 is security deposit and not the cost. cost is calculated per ticket for two and fro once your request is accepted. for bulk booking you will have to take permission from divisional office. BULK BOOKING opens at 9 am on ARP day
In case you require reservation in excess of the above limit of 6 passengers you may contact the controlling officer/Chief Reservation supervisor of the concerned reservation office for permission to book more number of passengers in a group. However, such booking of bulk accommodation is available only after 09.00 hrs on computerized reservation system subject to overall limit on trains as per extant rules and availability of accommodation .
