Its a scheduled overtake if I'm not wrong.. Tough to expect a train with "Exp" tag to avoid overtakes in other zones.. I think the slack between SDB-WADI and BMT-HYB has to be reduced.
Very true in case of 11027 CSTM MAS MAIL.....overtake by 12025 PA SC SHTB EXP is very unnecessary.....I have seen many times that 11027 clears KWV before 8 AM but reaches SUR by 9:30 AM due to the overtake....
If the overtake is avoided, CSTM MAS MAIL would reach SUR by 9 AM.

The schedules must be improved
Many trains have unnecessary slack . Now all trains can run at 110kmph with new WDP4 loco and improved WDM 3A/D ... So they need to be redesigned some schedules..
