i found a very similar pnr /pnr/post/1272049. its also in pqwl waitlist 1 and 2 for one month and haven't confirmed.
i am very confused how the PQWL waiting list is processed.. ? whether i should try for tatkal ?

The chance of getting tatkal is very low only 86 tickets are available and all are booked in 2 minutes. I checked for premium tatkal its available for more than 10 minutes, so i think of waiting for this pqwl ticket to confirm if not then go for premium tatkal.
