These photos show that electrification has reached till Simbhooli from Hapur side.

Yes.
Hapur, Garhmukteshwar City & Moradabad is fully electrified stations.
Only the Garhmukteshwar Bridge station is not electrified. Rest of other areas are fully electrified now.
