Why in IRCTC when we select both lowers Berths mandatory in Tatkal booking, the tickets are not getting booked ? any reasonss ?
If you select book only if 2 LBs are avbl, and NO LBs are avbl or conditions not MET, tkt will not b booked, it will display msg, stating book tkt with any
The availability was nearly 190 tickets...They were Senior citizens and they got MB and UB.. It was a Worst journey they had. :(
Depends on eligibility factors etc...Even if 2 Senior Citizens are traveling and LB is opted for both getting them is not sure,book them separately to get it.System is designed as such since demand is more for LB than actual availability.
