I want to share my experience on 28/12/2014, in current reservation counter no 14 and 15.
I want a reservation on Train no. 12190 Mahakaushal Express from NZM to GWL in SL, which depart from NZM at 16:05 and showing right time, no delay in departure.

more... way of current reservation counter, they come near to me and say "want CNF reservation" CNF "reservation chayea kya".
First I give the reservation slip around 15:15, booking staff tells me come after 15:30, so m decide to wait still 3:30 pm, during this time I seen the booking staff deeply searching accommodation for a person, who is appear as tout. after 3:30 pm when again want to give the form, he tell me to come in in queue. then I shouted to the staff on counter no. 14.
Then I move to counter No. 15 and give form, he tells me Still chart is not prepared because the train is reschedule at 17:10 PM come after 4 PM. I cheeked online its showing chart is prepared.
Again I come after 20 mins and request the staff on counter no. 15, I am tied due to Yatra of Vaishno Devi, kindly make this tkt. we all are in a group of seven. In which there is a Child of 10 years and a female of 59 years.
After give me the Tkt he tells me to pay 1600 Rs. I gave. it's 110 Rs. more.
What I realized during this and talking to those person who come there in seeking of Current Reservation, Reservation Staff make trouble by showing different issues, as the person move to touts.
On 25th of December, Govt. run a train named "SUSHAN EXPRESS" 'GOOD GOVERNANCE EXPRESS' from GWL to Gonda, on the occasion of birthday of Ex. Prime Minister Sh. Atal Bihari Bajpai.
