I have a ticket of 12841/ coromandal exp on 23/01/2015 which has dept time is 14.50 and charting time most probably 07.00 a.m. I want to know the maximum time, when I will get the full refund after cancellation? My view is wednesday (21/01/15) at 23.00 hrs. Need suggestion.

Ok if for a CNF ticket,it should cancelled more than 48 hrs before departure of train,then only cancellation charges shall be applicable.Refer to the rule for charges applicable for class & if its E-Ticket add Bank + IRCTC charges deduction.
