They should have speeded up this train, but instead they have reduced it's charisma..
Not required. New train from MYS should run via ASK-BAY-RC-GDWL to HYB. This GR will be a white elephant (Green elephant!?) if diverted via ASK.
This is indeed a funny move by the railways. Agree that single line and finding slots is a challenge however to change the timings so drastically is pretty wierd.
I have heard that SCR was not much interested in running this train. After the new TT, hardly there will be any takers. SCR might scrap this train altogether citing poor patronage down the line.
People have right to disagree. But I have mentioned what I have heard from the sources. Anyway, what we are seeing now is an attempt to degrade this train. Drastic slow down and the slot allotted clearly indicate that authorities are not interested to run this train.
