dynamic pricing has nothing to do with privatization, and is not a new, novel concept. its just that railways is not using it the way it should (i.e introducing it on-demand in peak season to cash in on extra travelers who go home during various festivals on popular routes.)
If Used properly it will lead to being proved beneficial for filling up IR's depleted coffers, not harmful.
