By swapping TT of few trains, we can get one proper train from Mumbai to Bengaluru. Described below:
1. Change 11301 Udyan dep CST from 0805 to 0900-0915 (LTT-UBL timings). Follow LTT-UBL timings upto Pune and go further. GTL dep will be at 0400 which is the TT of CSTM- NCJ/ TVC TT. Arrive at 0930-0945.
2. Change 16339/ 16331 NCJ/TVC dep from 1210 to 0805 (Udyan timings). Will reach KJM by 0630. The trains can run further to SA by 1030, MDU 1330 and NCJ 1730 and towards TVC -- CBE 1315,

ERS 1700 TVC 2100. Other 2 days also, Balaji Exp can follow same schedule to reach RU by 0630, and further upto NCJ by night.
3. Change 17318 dep at LTT to 1210 to align with NCJ/ TVC timings. Will reach Pune by 1545 and take further to UBL at 0500.
Win win for all 3 trains.
1. Udyan gets speeded up by 1 hour.
2. NCJ/ TVC speeded up by 5-6 hours. SBC gets 5 days a week train at suitable timings.
3. UBL timings adjusted to avoid mid-night arrival.
Slight adjustment of TT mentioned may be needed to suit different terminals at Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Opinions please.
