This is a very small, trivial, non-serious, recreational low-maintenance website. It is NOT mission-critical. No one will miss this site or eventually care if this site stays up or goes down. However, if any member is found to create mischief, use crude/offensive/street language or create other trouble, it is a very quick process to ban them.

If any member does not have confidence in the the management of the site or the moderation, you are FREE to QUIT the site. Any INSULT to the site or Admins will NOT be tolerated. Members are not allowed to use all the facilities provided here, while also simultaneously insulting and demoralizing our Admins, FMs, and site management/operations.

As moderator, I am the sole arbiter of the above clauses. If you do not agree, you would need to quit and seek out better sites which are more professionally managed. IRI does not claim to be a well-managed, professionally-run site. It is just a very minor, disposable site in a remote corner of the internet.

This website runs on very constrained resources. Please do NOT INCREASE the COSTS of maintaining this site. In the interest of better managing this site while preserving a friendly atmosphere for all, any mischief-mongering member will be quickly dispatched with. This helps in keeping costs low.

This is a very small, minor, trivial, UNIMPORTANT, disposable website in a corner of the internet. Losing membership here, quitting, or getting banned should be of no consequence to anyone. It is not going to affect anyone's life. If this site is stressing you out, you are suspicious of the site's management or Admins, please voluntarily quit and seek out better websites that would be a better use of your time and talents. If any member is found to increase the cost of maintaining this site, he/she will promptly be banned hereafter.

The kind of members who will eventually be banned:
Crude, indecent people who blog the first thing that comes to their mind, using street language. Insensitive people and trolls who do not possess qualities of empathy and polite behaviour in a civilized society.

The kind of members welcome in IRI:
Courteous, intelligent members who are well-versed in the art of polite conversation in a civilized society. People who don't exploit other people's good nature and courtesy.
