My dear frds....i need ur guidance.... i have my yesterday trip videos... duration is around 1 min...but file size is around 30 to 40 mb....videos are in HD mode...pls tell me wat to do????

Use VLC player and use capture screenshot which gets saved in my picture folder by default.

Follow procedure :-
Once you take video than if you want to take Screen shot and Using VLC or GOM player than just do simple thing
----
1. for VLC:- press CTRL+ALT+S and Check Your file in Output folder inside my Document<< my Pictures

for GOM:- Press CTL+E than Check your output folder
----
For uploading a video once you upload your video on "Youtube" than while posting you get one Red colour "Tube" tab click on that and paste your Video URL after That Click on Post . so you are able to upload Video and take screen shot as well
