Rather than SCM i feel a new station can be build around NAD junction bridge..and stops for exp trains can give there..so that it can be useful for both routes BBS/BZA..
And this new station should be build with at least 3 PF's with loop lines on both sides..
It can be build, but problem is it will help up the traffic of in and out trains.
Also it wont happens with ECoR, so better ask for existing SCM for time being.

No stop at SCM and made sure no connectivity to palasa,IPM or other places are fulfilled by keeping useless timings
