Hi,
Can i book the ticket for this train from Kengeri (KGI) and board the train @ SBC ?
There are more tickets from KGI instead of SBC

You can book, but while booking select the boarding point as SBC. Then you can board from SBC.
You can but while booking you need to mention boarding point as SBC...Else after booking ticket from KGI-MAS you need to change BP to SBC by going to PRS before 24 hours of Dep of train from its starting point.

Without changing BP if you try boarding you could well loose your berth to some one else,as TTE can alot it to someone else sighting your no show.

Most of the SBC passengers in this train book from KGI and board from SBC, BNC and KJM. Go ahead and book it.
should not be an issue. The TTE has hardly come before BNC/KJM on this train
