When the Ghaziabad - Saharanpur route is electrified as stated by Central Organization of Railway Electrification(CORE) on 31-03-2014 on its official website , then why all trains on this route run on diesel traction instead of electric traction , even 12903 Golden Temple Mail changes its loco at NZM to TKD WDP-3A till ASR.
