I have booked an e ticket for my frnd on train #12115 from DDR to SUR. I have a few questions below.
1. Can i change the Boarding Point From DDR to KYN.
2.Which is nearer to Dombivili.(Either KYN or DDR).
3. If i can go ahead with Option 1 whom to contact to change BP.

1. Yes you can.
2. Kyn is nearer to Dombivali. It takes less than 10 mins to reach KYN wherhas it will take 40-45 mins for you to reach DDR
3. Go to any nearest PRS Center and contact Chief Reservation Supervisor along with an photocopy of your ticket,id proof and an written application for BP Change 24 hrs before its dep from CST

3) approach the CRS of any PRS counter with a photocopy of your ID proof and ticket along with a letter asking for a BP change at least 24 hrs before the train departure .
