When is the proposal to change the ARP (Advance Reservation Period to book rail tickets) to 4 months (120 days) against the current 60 days likely to come into force?

Thanks for correcting me. Even I too heard the news just now that this announcement will be implemented within a fortnight. Since the budget proposals are for the year 2015-16, I thought it will become effecive from April 1. Thanks
